Naturism is still a taboo for many people in Uk and other countries in Europe.

Naturism is considered still a taboo nowadays, especially in Catholic Italy or in the Victorian British society, and when you try to explain your naturism style and the joy to work as a life model without outfits on your skin, you are looked like a crazy person.

I can not remember how many times someone has told me I was too old for this genre of style. Really? I should maybe dress like a nun at 51 and stopping to enjoy the rest of my life?

I have enough of people who are talking without any sense or for sentences used since the middle age!

I am what I am and I enjoy to be a naturist.

I will always support this style of life in the UK and abroad.

Unfortunately in England, the weather is not great most of the time and the areas where you can be a naturist are not so common as in other parties in Europe .

In 8 years of living in London, I went only once to a place called Rio. It is a sort of club where you can go around all naked in some days of the week enjoying sauna, swimming pools, drinks and relax. Unfortunately, even if London has more than 10 million inhabitants there are not so many places for relaxed naturists.

But after 1 year in Bristol, I still do not know if there is a place like that. Maybe it exists but nobody talks about it! sad!

If you like to be naked on a beach there are some places in Devon even if seen like a place of sin. You can have also a shower under a frozen waterfall in South Wales but do not forget to look around at the dog walkers who are everywhere ready to call the police for your innocent nudity!

Abroad the situation is better especially in France and in Spain.

In France, there are more naturism centres probably because the weather is better than in Uk and people are more relaxed to enjoy their lives.

Because of this, many people from England are going to France to enjoy this experience.

Instead in Italy, even if the weather is amazing, we do not have the fortune to enjoy the sand on our naked skin without the risks to have a conversation with a police officer.

The best place to enjoy your naturist holiday is anyway Maspalomas in Gran Canaria where no one cares if you are around wearing only a leaf on your derriere!

The risk to meet some pervert around

Obviously, when you are a naturist you need to be careful at the perverts

They can be everywhere.

So when you go around naked have always an eye behind you and if you are a woman try no to be alone.

For the rest enjoy the warm air on your skin but do not forget to use a good solar cream to protect it.

Do not feel guilty for your style in contact with nature!
